Letterpress 'Pen is Mightier' Letterheads

A very fitting quote for those that know the power of words. Dating from 1839, when Bulwer-Lytton coined the phrase in his play Richelieu. The quote reads:

'The pen is mightier than the sword.'- Edward Bulwer-Lytton.

All our stationery is illustrated, designed, and printed in house at Meticulous Ink, Bath, UK. Each sheet has been lovingly letterpress printed on a 1960 Heidelberg Windmill using only the finest oil-based inks.

Each box set contains 15 printed A5 sheets, letterpress printed in peacock blue ink onto our very own 160gsm, 100% cotton paper. With 15 peacock blue tissue lined C6 envelopes, and 5 plain continuation sheets, all presented in a beautiful box and finished with our wax seal.
