In this workshop Ali & Finn of The Positive Planner will be guiding you through some incredibly useful systems and techniques with pen and paper to calm your mind.
Ali & Finn's aim is to empower as many people as possible to prioritise their mental health, through creating exciting, inspirational planners and journals designed to support mental health and wellbeing.
Writing down what's on your mind can help work through your feelings, help you understand how and why you feel the way you do, and make things more manageable. It's a simple, effective way of getting a sense of control over your own wellbeing.
Each student will receive a workbook and two fresh pens. No writing experience is necessary - Ali will be your guide to tackle what's in your head and get it on paper.
When: Wednesday 26th June 2019, 6.00pm to 7.30pm
Where: Walcot Chapel - just around the corner from our shop at 134 Walcot Street, Bath.
Is there an age limit for the workshop?
Anyone can attend our workshops, though unfortunately we do not allow children under 12. Those under 16 we do request are accompanied by an adult. Please do get in touch if you'd like to discuss.
What should I bring?
You don't need anything - we'll provide everything you need for this workshop.
What are my transport/parking options getting to you?
There is parking in Bath in several locations - the nearest to us would be the Podium car park or the Cattlemarket car park. Train services to Bath Spa are very regular and the walk to Walcot Chapel takes around 25 minutes.
Please ensure you can attend the workshop before booking, as tickets for the On Paper Festival are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are ill, shipwrecked, or unable to attend for any other reason, I’m afraid we are unable to swap your date, though you are more than welcome to find a friend that can take your place.
In the rare circumstance we are unable to run the workshop your ticket will be valid to book onto another workshop.
